1. To act as an umbrella organization for addressing the grievances of the home buyers/apartment owners/Villas/land owners and victims of the wrong deeds of Real Estate Developers and government agencies in the housing sector.


2. Effective Policy advocacy with government to bring reforms in Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act 1973, Uttar Pradesh Apartment (Promotion of construction, ownership and Maintenance) Act 2010, Bhawan Nirman and Vikas Upnidhi and RERA.


3. Sincere Implementation of various acts and rules - Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act 1973, Uttar Pradesh Apartment (Promotion of construction, ownership and Maintenance) Act 2010, Bhawan Nirman and Vikas Upnidhi and RERA - affecting the lives of Home buyers in letter and spirit.


4. Work towards complete halt on any construction against the approved Project and Map Plan.


5. Implementation of builder buyer agreement as per model buyer agreement issued by UP RERA.


6. Ensuring Registration of Property as per RERA guidelines.


7. Action on illegal Compounding in Contravention to Urban Planning and Development Act.


8. To work for initiation of Legal Courts at Development Authority levels to address the ever growing problems of citizens.


9. To work for bringing reforms in Registrar Societies department to address the concerns of RWAs and to act as an honest body against random decisions by Registrar society office against RWAs.


10. To Pursue any other relevant matters and issues related to any acts and rules in the housing sector and concerning the home buyers/apartments owners/villas/land owners.


11. Assist individual/ individuals in protecting their legal rights as owner in the housing society against illegal activities against him/ them by housing society/ government agency.
